i just did mine blue as well but i went from black to blue.. i had to bleach 2 times then add the color and its still not as bright as yours was.. Next time like in 2 weeks ill re do it again and by special effects. I used over the counter splat it worked good dont get me wrong.. but not YOUR bright

photo shopped the blue. NO affence but when my brother did his hair it didn't look like a 4 yearold did it on paint. OKay you got your haircut. and maybe bleached it blonde but the blue is a load of crap. :D
