My Alma Mater!! I.C. Norcom has always exceled in there performance. In the 90's, when I was going there, they were tha first high school band in tha Tidewater area to have dance girls. The ALWAYS stood above the rest of the other high school bands waaay before the 90's and as we see in this clip here beyond tha 90's as well!! It dont get no better than I.C. Norcom!!
lets not forget the Nansemond River/ I.C. Norcom rivaly of 1990-1998, back and forth everywhere they met. you have to admit nansemond River was the only band in the tidewater area that was dead even and the only one who was able defeat Norcom i sould know, i was apart of the NHS/NRHS rivaly from 95-98
