The main thing to understand is basic physics, by PUSHING (thrust) the pilot forward the PITCH of the wing INCREASES so the trim speed REDUCES... i.e. you tend to go backwards!
So let off the brakes, flick back to 'X' position (which INCREASES the trim speed as the tips pull in/curve the wing more) and you will find it easy to move into wind.
NB I regard 'high wind' as winds > 20kts (24mph 38kmh)
I should try to launch backwards in "X" position like you do.... it's much easier to go upwind ;)
I tryed jumping in the air and than "hands up" when the wing is above my head (zenith point) but unfortunately I had collapses almost every time instead going forward like I was expecting....... Actually this is a simple Pitch control training close to the ground, is it?

no way man, intentionally inducing a swing ocillations are fun. You can swing yourself up 5-10 feet sometimes, and its a good exercise in surge checking.
While it's a good exercise to practice JUST enough surge DAMPING... it's VERY important to avoid OVER correcting any surges, as this is a common cause of injury/deaths in paragliding...
Also: Swing oscillations ON LAUNCH feature in a significant number of serious injury/death incidents....
NB 'Swinging yourself up' from flat ground in windy conditions has resulted in pilots ending on crutches/wheel chairs.. i.e FUN, YES but also very risky!
