"Affordable Housing"?? FYI they screen all individuals in that complex. It is required that you have absolutely no history of substance abuse, domestic violence, gang affiliation, felonies, and or bankruptcy. Really the only thing the residents of that affordable housing complex get any slack on is their monthly income requirements and whether or not they have collections or debt, so that the people that fry your french fries and flip your burgers can afford to live.
