@Tailterrier27 There are only two that I know of now that NS is "out of it." Go to my Steam in the States playlist, look for the video "Seen in the Black Hills" (they are in alphabetical order) for more on BHC #110.
Thanks so much for the GA Peach Special footage...My good friend James T. "Lighnin'" Caldwell was running second engine (630) on this trip. I worked with James at Six Flags Over Georgia until he passed away in 2003. The southbound portion of the trip was run on the Southern's Williamson to Fort Valley "Peach Line," which was abandoned north of Roberta in 1977.

3985....best damn LARGE locomotive I have EVER seen in the US...8444 is the best MEDIUM locomotive I have EVER seen!!

Oh my god! You mean to tell me there is a THIRD articulated operating. I thought the only one operating was the 3985. Where's it at?
