Those who control the court and place the juvenile as an adult and or as competent and even deem them guilty. These people who are handling this cases know what they are doing 2 a minor.They simply do not care.My story, I didn't have the funds 2 put forth my sons truth. I do not beleive that many people believe that they should be tried as adults, I think that saying, doing this serves their agenda. fill up the jails, If the child has someone that has the means to help them, they will fair well.
