@GarageReef It may be cheaper to go with their mu series for that size of tank. Will likely come out cheaper. Plus you get 10% off:) My guess would be 6-7 Par 30 for your tank. The Mu Series fixtures are $399 and 2 would work.
The fish store I go to "Cosmic Aquatics" built a sweet light fixture for his Par30's. He used copper tubing, so it's kind of has an old fashion vibe, hung it from the ceiling and ran the wires through the pipe. He has about 5 of these bulbs for a 100 gallon 3x5. I'll send you a picture next time I'm in.

Also not mentioned in my video I was able to successfully keep SPS with this fixture. I actually cooked my birdsnest by having it up too high.
