Shadowstep is for PVP, the rogue instantly vanishes into the opponents back, which confuses them and has to take time to turn around while the rogue has already took advantage of dps and might have stun too. I would like this guy, but.. PvP Spec, if you're going hemorrhage, go down to Hemo then start on combat, not all the way to Shadowstep.

I never raid below 316 hit - I understand your specd to imp your other melee's dmg but dont let yourself be gimped over it! Get up to 316 hit *at least* and then even though you are Sub.. your DPS will go heckah up.

As sub once you're over 9% theres no reason to stack above that. Unlike combat w/ combat potency theres no synergy bonus on your talents for hit rating. W/ 15% agi you'll be wanting to stack Agi gems in all red/Blue and hit/agi in yellow to keep your socket bonuses.

His spec is to help his raid not just mindless dps like other rogues. He uses hemo to increase the damage of other melee classes dealing more damage over all. There are at least one of these rogues in every top end guild.

As a side not I forgot to mention, if you get Fel Rage, don't blow AR when its -you-, your moves already cost 50% less to use, you'll be regening more than you can use. Save it for the next when its not you.
