thank you for your message, normally i don't like very much classic music because sometimes it's annoying, but here ! it's very great, you are talented guys ! and i know violin, violoncello are instruments very complicated to play ! so beautiful , and good luck for the future :) tschussss :D
@AlexLieb2802 you say you compose since you were 14, how old are you now? :-) What I like about music is when it tells you a story, like the 9th Symphony of Dvorak, where you can actually feel like you're going through a storm (Dvorak - New World Symphony Part 1 - Proms 2010 --> in youtube)!
I think you're really good, I'm looking forward to listening to other stuff you wrote. Do you write for the flute as well? ;-)
@lucierili I am 22. Thats I big compliment. I do really appreciate this!
I wrote one thing for flute, but I don't think it is very good, I can send you the score if you want, just give me your email in a private message. Alex
Also nimm's einfach als großes Kompliment...
Lustiger 2. Satz! Dessen 2. Thema: super!
Rhythmisch vielleicht a weng zu brav.
. Das muss ich in den nächsten Streichquartetten ändern ;) (Genauso wie das Rhythmische - a long way to go!)
This most reminds me most of Shostakovich. It's definitely 20th century, that's for sure. Yet you make many parts of it sound beautiful (and the other parts unnerving, as this era music should be). Sehr wunderbar!
Hi Alexander! Thank you for sending to me your video. If ıt is really your first composition I can say that you are great. It is really a big success to be standing at the beginning of a long way. For my opinion, today, it is the most difficult thing to make a new music (or any kind of art). Your music technically is good. I hope you will find out your genuine sound, personal mood, in the course of time. I wish you a bright way of working...
you guys are doing really great, congrats. the sound quality is also over the top, i'm sure the equipments are properly miced. may i know if this string quartet is part of the original score or did you guys just orchestrate it? please pardon my limited knowledge of classical music. 5/5 star for you!! danke
hey thanks for checking out my video. yeah my 1st composition sounds a bit mechanical because it came straight out of my sound card. however i do have other piano rendition played by myself like this one: Pretty Boy by M2M
Hooray for you, Alexander...it was an evocative and challenging composition & performance . Just a beautiful work. We continue to watch for you! Gros bisous, Tonton Pierre & Nancy
Wonderful and tasteful music!!! I love it!!

Alex,
I must confess I don't like contemporary music very much, but your composition is very interesting, I like the tension you build near min 3:40.
How long have you been composing?

Welches ist denn das 2. Thema vom 2. Satz?
AlexLieb2802 4 months ago
@AlexLieb2802 Sorry, die zwei Akkorde (im Wechsel) sind schon bei 3:54.
Seitenthema 2.
