  • damn terrorists

  • @TheSmith604 fucking Stereotypical Prick

  • @llxxazntechxxll its called a joke -_-

  • i was a mortarman gunner (layer). the 120mm's blast is not THAT strong but even a hundred rounds going off next to you during a training exercise can cause problems. after a training session with about 200 rounds while standing next to the gun, i have to admit that i became nauseous and was vomitting by the end of the day. it was not the last time though. and the blast from the illum round is 10 times greater than that of a WP or HE round at the same charge.

  • LOL b_C_?The cameraman must have felt the shock wave!

  • fucking retards

  • @kaibarlow ????

  • @kaibarlow why

  • I'm a 120mm mortar ag and the blast is not too strong. I was able to hang 20 rounds nonstop with no issues of concussion and they were all charge 2.

  • i wonder if chuck norris could catch the round when it leaves the barrel

  • @readman010 he would run vor it:D

  • look in description it says choda

    LOLOLOL

  • @roexify .. my dear frnd... also... "HEAR" the video carefully... i say the whole thing in the end also... :P

  • @kingofheartsxyz.. wow Einstein....

  • i think its indian army

  • it abt an arms length... pretty light as we need to carry it manually with in the field...

  • thats a big mortar

  • well the lanyard technique is used as the person firing it need time to get to a safe place before firing the bomb.. so thats y the improvisation is done..... it also give better accuracy in the shots...

  • Was that an accident? The shell was stuck in the mortar and could not fire for a moment.

  • no that was not an accident.. the shell has to reach d bottom plate of the mortar.. then is fired not by gravity but is fired using wat v call a laniyard technique... the lever is pulled down n d firing pin den come in contact with the fuze... nething else..?

  • Why is that technique used? What is wrong with the ordinary one, where you jsut drop the round down the barrel and it is fired as it hits the firing pin?

  • so the operator manually pulls a lever which then fires a pin into a fuse. is that a visco fuse? also that white like cord wrapped above the fins or fletching; is that the propellant?

  • an impact fuze is a better term... yes the cord wrapped above the fins r propellents for a longer range...

  • that's what i thought, alright. but this impact fuze is it triggered by the weight of the round falling down the barrel?

  • idk wut he's talking about but it looked like a cook off

  • no no, it wasnt a cook off.. the shel fired normally...

  • It's a 120 mm, not an 82. The blast is too strong for an operator to stand right next to the muzzle. The firing sequence was normal.

  • my friend fires these in the army but he says he stands right next to em after they drop the mortar into the tube.

  • @FSMonster I'm a mortarman. the blast on a 120mm is not too strong to be next to the gun. Except for hand-held unconventional mode on a 60mm, all of our systems are drop fire.

  • @applepea2006 maybe a misfire? not sure

  • @Robito555 not a mis fire.. a hit on the tgt.. the blast in the end is the rocket going off..

  • @applepea2006 now this one is operated remotely, its too powerful just to drop it down

  • whats an asl

  • age, sex, land. This term was used when ppl used to chat solely via yahoo messenger and ICQ console...It is short for asking who are you, where do u belong to and are of which age group. Help me get to know you better.

  • which country is that

  • You had commented on my "YouTube" video of 120mm Mortar firing. Firstly pl may i know your ASL?
