I really dont understand, how they cant see how much of a genius he really is, its unbelieveable the amount of talent this guy has, my favourite rapper ever.
I'm not going to bother with a huge paragraph like some peoples comments, I dont need to. All I need to say is Eminem is Breathtakingly Passionate and a Musical Legend.
I think what's great about Eminem is that he doesn't affect just one scene. He's made an impact on pretty much every genre of music and I think that's a big thing because not many musicians can. Me, for example, I'm more of a rock and metal kid. You know, My Chemical Romance, Bon Jovi, Slipknot, that kinda thing, but Eminem is one of my one true heroes. I think to be able to impact genre's outside of your own is difficult and amazing if you can do it.
@samp127 You could argue that Relapse is a weaker album, but Recovery sure as hell isn't. Listen to Space Bound or Going Through Changes for example. He hasn't lost his edge. Maybe he never will.

I don't understand how this is "proof" that he's the greatest rapper to ever walk this Earth. I mean its a great performance, but come on... really. He's a trained professional, just like every other artist, and there's a lot of editing and manipulation that goes into these kind of shows. A real test would be his freestyle vids. The only reason I listen to Eminem is because his lyrics acutally mean something. They are extremely well written, and when they're meant to be, are enormously funny. Unlike most other rappers, his lyrics express emotions..they express a message that he wants his fans to know or understand. His new album isn't as good as they were in the past, but the songs within it still have much more meaning and sustinence in them than any other rapper's music out there.

Eminem is the worlds best rapper, white or not, colour of the skin doesn't mean shit, you'd hate it if we judged you by the colour of your skin and ignored your talent, or didn't respect it, you should learn to go by the saying "treat others the way you want to be treated".

Yeah only the chorus is playback, but still.. it wrecks the whole point of a "Live" performance. Sometimes its better to hear the real voice out of the microphone, not the perfected voice out of the studio, you know? Even if he sounded worse, us fans would appreciate it more if he did the entire song properly.
But either way, EMINEM = BEST RAPPER IN THE WORLD, BEST LYRIC WRITER IN THE WORLD, AND WILL BE FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
