This is clearly reflective of the anti-Communist indoctrination and misinformation that is rampant in our primary education today. The most important thing that you will learn in college, kids, is that almost everything you were taught in high school and before is all lies.
Lenin+Trotsky's 'ideas' is ordinary workers' consciousness taken to scientific conclusion. The success of the Russian Revolution was more democratic - with control through workers' councils of productive means - than any capitalism. The civil war in part derived from the counterrevolutionary backing of western capitalist states. Lenin's 'ruthlessness' leads to a more peaceful conclusion than Gandhi's pacifism - 'ruthlessness' against those anti-democratic reactionaries who conspire to kill you.
LOL AT ALL THOSE WHO THINKS WE HAVE "DEMOCRACY" IN THIS AGE, DEMO-CRA-CRY? Are you fucking joking? haahhahaah we're living in "Bourgeoisie control", read up on that and you'll see whats going on.
Stalin is the best political figure of the century, you should read the real fact, and not our legacy of Nazi propaganda anti-communist. For Che Guevara, Stalin was a heroe.
@underfoil Somewhat true. Initially in the RSFSR in 1917-1918, the workers were extremely prosperous, recieving fari education, more rights than modern-day US, and unemployment vanished. The Civil War however, forced Military Communism upon Russia, and because Russia was not able to unite with Germany (whose Communist revolution failed), Military Communism was prolonged with no external support. The effects of Military Communism caused famine. However, the NEP certainly did help the peasants
@Mauser9513 First off, more rights than modern day US DO NOT EXIST. Communist experiments have ALL failed. Please give one example of communist success.
@underfoil "First off, more rights than in Modern Day US DO NOT EXIST", What the fuck? Of course they do, how about no plundering? Or actual Demorcacy? Just because Communism has never been implemented, or I should say, has always been implemented correctly, does not mean we have to settle for Capitalism, and just give up. Communism existed in agrarian Chinese communes until the 70's, if you want an example.
@underfoil Defeating Hitler's Germany, achieving full literacy and ending periodic famine in many countries, playing a key role in decolonization and in undermining apartheid, launching the first artificial satellite and putting the first man in space. How are those for starters?
