It was written by Paul Anka. I'm not really concerned with who sang it first. I'm a huge fan of any great singer and I think that Celine is the best.. However, it doesn't really matter about individual favorites. If you have a great voice, you have a great voice. Certainly, Sinatra did too. I love Presley also, but Celine stole his signature song from him with her delivery of "Can't Stop Falling In Love With You" It's just an opinion. You're entitled to yours.
