I own 4 versions of Donkey Kong Country (SNES, GBC, GBA, and VC)

The SNES had superior music (VC too) over GBC & GBA

The GBA had mediocre at best music (except the Treetop Town which sounds nothing like the SNES version)

The GBC had an 8-bit sound chip with remixed tunes from the SNES, and added music from Donkey Kong Land 1 and 3.
