Insulin causes fat deposition and obesity which is caused by carbohydrates. Exercise has no effect on obesity or diabetes. Read Gary Taubes "Good Calories Bad Calories" or search him on youtube. I'm very happy for the people he helps. Is there anything specific to the sugar you put on open wounds? When you say disease rather than condition, does disease mean microbes or genetic?
