What are we back to the "we should support local music because it's local"? idea? That's the sort of notion that gave Rubicon the idea they were something special (for the kids who can't remember, Rubicon was the blistering rocket to the top that clung onto Paul Reid's Shortland Street coat-tails for as long as possible) and then decided it could hack into the Asian market - I think Paul Reid then got himself into owning personal dating websites... which failed. Support local acts that are good.
