Warren Haynes is frekkin awesome. I can't believe he never plays wrong, never sloppy, always playing on the spot and clear but at the same time groovy and a bit rough with some Hendrix influences. He may not be the most forward-thinking guitarist, but to me it's inspiring to just hear him play, whatever the song is.

Hey I just started listening to these guys, needless to say I feel in love with them, but I was just wondering in your opinion what is their best CD? I just want to get a good one right away so I don't accidentally buy a bad one you know.

They are all GREAT. Their second album, DOSE, is pure genius. You will find a difference between the albums with Woody and those after his death. Warren is phenomenal, but Woody added a badass quality that can't be denied.

Hmmm....both the deep end cd's rock, gov't mule, deja voodoo, live...with a little help from our friends... jeez man. i could go on forever and in all honesty. if you get a mule cd it's gonna rock your socks off. There's no doubt. These guys are geniuses. and there is nothing like seeing them live!!! AMAZING!!!
