and i made it in visual basic, not c#

i used visual studio in combination with expression blend.

how do u make it transparent??? I want a black curved window like that with a shiny effect.... it doesnt work.... halp!

I tried using a image with curves, and the outline is transparent, but the window shows up as white! (its not the image)
