  • Hoemelesspeople in Poland were paid 3 Euros to get them to participate in clinical trials of their lethal bird flu drug last summer, which caused death and injury to hundreds of people.

While the doctors and nurses have been put on trial in Poland for their role in this crime, even though it appears they were not properly informed by Novarits of the contents of the trial drug, Novartis has not yet had to face legal action.

Vaccine makers have immunity against charges causing death.

  • Absolutely correct my friend. The doctors and nurses are the dupes of the pharmaceutical companies. As you rightly point out the companies such as Novarits and Baxter have get out clauses in their contracts that mean they are not liable for the deaths caused. The system is wrong and needs putting right. Thank you for bringing this matter up, a lot of folks may not know of this case. Best Regards!

  • The H1N1 vaccine is going to be tested at the beginning of August in Rochester, New York, on those people who belong to sections of the community that have been hit especially hard by the economic downturn. The clinic conducting the trials has asked, speciifically for elderly people, black people or children. In return for participating, people will get $50-$100 or the children will get a toy.

  • They deliberately target the most vulnerable in society, and those people, who will because of the economic crisis, do what ever it takes to put food on the table and feed their families will willingly participate in this vaccination trial. This is a very worrying development, thank you for pointing it out. Folks need to know about this. Best Regards!
