well.....the BEST way to make a skyscraper is to get the late night expansion pack that you can actually use it

sims cant come in. Oh yes in this vid i realize how IRRITATING the sims 3 building and buying music is. Sims 2 music is MUCH better. Even sims 1 has better music!! U also can build another wall around the first one so if you put in windows it looks more realistic and sims can walk in the hollow part around. In sims 2 theres also a cheat to place 7 or 9 floors, but i forot

What I did on Sims 3 is buy land,build skyscraper,then buy an actual house and then repeating that.I got a cool looking city!

So this means if I tried making a tower like you did, I wouldn't be able to have a playable top floor because my sims couldn't access it? Could I add a set of elevators/stairs on the first level, then another set on the second?

@babu357 The door is just there for looks, you cant actually go inside it because theres a huge mountain :/

@thornwarbler Yes, you can play the sims without pixel shader, the only thing is, you wont have shadows.
