Because they were thinking of going out for all consoles, then they thought of going for the wii, then the corporation had trouble with the Euphoria Engine, and other problems like that that caused it to be cancelled. actually is more than just that the people will behave like a real person would if something was going to happen to them for example in the new star wars game when you are picking someone up with the force that person would grab onto a ledge, another person anything to try to keep you from picking them up if you throw something at them they would duck or jump out of the way it not just ragdoll physics it more of behavior physics
