@dreamwisperer - You can certainly try it. Your plane may like to fly a little faster than that prop will do so a smaller diameter/higher pitch may work better perhaps a 12 x 6 or 12 x 8. You'll have to experiment!
@dreamwisperer 13 x 6 Zinger wooden prop. I tried a 14 x 6 but the Saito 80 really didn't like it and it would bog down when doing vertical maneuvers. I swapped the 80 out for repairs this summer when I went to Rhinebeck and put a Saito 91 and it really flew great. The 80 is back in it for this summer with a new piston, wrist pin and connecting rod. The 80 is just enough for "scale" like flying in this airframe.
I asked you because i am putting a SAITO FA-80 on my new GreatPlanes Cherokee 40 ARF....Do you suggest a 13x6 prop ?
