Actually, Madtv has done better, like in the Heroes Parody, been a fan doesnt mean you wont appreciate parodies. I am a big fan of both Heroes and Boston Legal, and I say Heroes parody was fun, this one had a lousy script and almost no jokes.

I've seen many good parodies over the years of celeb songs, shows, speeches, etc and I remember that the celebs who were parodied liked the spoofs the same as they appreciate when their friends get up at a Celebrity Roast and lay into them.

The old saying "Impersonation is the sincerest form of flattery" rings true whether it's this bunch doing the BL cast or Dana Carvey doing presidents or Weird Al doing Michael jackson. It's all parody art with approval from the originators.
