  • ouh là là, ça fait mal tout ça. Mais il faut passer par là pour réussir à faire les mouvements du twirling et oui ça fait super mal mais avec le temps ça ne fait plus mal, ça devient une question d'habitude après

  • when doing long arm rolls , keep both palms facing up. and for double long arm rolls palms up and lift your starting arms higher. it might help

  • wow

  • Ive hurt myself way worse in baton last year i bruised my nose bone and yesterday i pylled my hip muscle while doing a illusion and i hit myself on the head when i did a 2 spin ive only been doing it for 2 years and um already competition normally u need 2 years of experience at least keep on trying ull get it eventually!

  • Girl, I cut my finger to the bone and pulled up a ligament twirling samoan knives this season. I feel your pain. I always say that if you make it through a season without injury youre either non human or not putting any effort into it. LOL! Try doing your elbow pops with your arm closed to create a cushion at the elbow. go slower, and start by rolling baton up onto it. Have a safe season, Holly B. Univ. of North Dakota Feature Twirler
