Well, in a few cases there's reasonable doubt since there is frequently a difference between model year and the actual year the car was made. The last 850s are considered 1997 models, but I'm pretty sure actual manufacture had switched to S70/V70 by the end of 1996. But the 440 and 460 are too early - it should be (late) 88 and (early) 90 as far as I know. And the S60 hasn't been brought to an end yet as far as I know.
The Volvo 200 Series is a good project car but the one to have new is the S60R witch is currently canceled from production until they come up with a new design for the S60 model

But I got another information which says 144 was made between 1962-1969, 142 between 1967-1974, and 145 between 1967-1974; so, realshark's timeline can be correct as well.

Good video, but I've found a mistake, too: 480 was made till the middle of the 90's (as a facelift). I'm from Germany and I'm driver of 460 & 480 ;-)

144 was made until 1974, Our family even got 1973 144GrandLuxe.
It made facelift around year 1970.
