i own a 2011 mazdaspeed 3 and love my car. the reasons why i didnt choose mazda 6 is because its made in the USA, and also it's ugly as hell. the asian version mazda 6 looks so much better. im taiwanese and we get the japanese version of these.
I hear that the 2012 version of Mazda 6 will be manufactured back in its country of origin Japan rather than the current Mazda 6's that are currently assembled here in the U.S.Which is frigging awesome.
This is the real Atenza/6! I think Ford pays Mazda North America to sabotage their cars and dealer network..... case in point, the US spec Mazda6 and the moron techs at the dealers that know jack shit and turn people away from the brand each day from their incompetence.
Still ugly compared to the 1st gen Atenza with full factory body kit. Could mistake this 2nd gen for a Hyundai, Toyota, or any other maker with this gay American market bubble shape design.

Your right..i was in China and I saw this car..it was a head turner I stopped in my tracks...when I got back to the US and found out we didn't get this model I was shocked..Mazda USA is sucking..lets hope the Shinari Kodo concept body style will be implemented to the 2012 line up of Mazda 6 and RX-9 vehicles in the US.

@bonbon27 If I had to guess this body style will come out for us in 2012. I dont know why but we always seem to get things late here...the 2011 version of the 6 is totally not this versions.

The car in this video is sold in the rest of the world (europe/asia). in USA, they made a 100% american made car from scratch that shares no sheetmetal or parts with the real mazda6. ALSO, the mazda6 in this video is a 5door hatchback model. The last time we had a world spec mazda6 in the USA was the 2003-2008 mazda6; which came in a sedan, sport (5door), and sport wagon trim

I will wait for the 2012. I love the looks and performance of the V6....

Now with a bigger grill-work, it looks on par with the 2011 Hyundai Sonata in terms of fluid, sculpted structure and very glamourous, sexy bodies.
