This is a great vid but there is a section that does not look as severe on film than it is in real life so well done for clearning it. It's a steep downhill rocky bit where you have to do a mega sharp turn down to your left - never cleared it myself on my hard tail.
I also went upside down over my handlebars but luckily ended up landing on my back but on the slope of the forest on pines so both me and my bike which ended up some distance away were ok!
Holy shit Rodriguez - every time I look at a YouTube video of riding round Leeds your on it but not on it. Can you pls publish films at x2 speed for those of us with better things to do. Might impress the chicks more as well rather than looking like a episode of junior kickstart from the 70's. Helmet up dog.

I've got the feeling you perhaps tried the wrong side of the forest - if you go up the main road then there are two sides to the forest - on the right (near mast) there are some pretty average old-school routes, but on the left where the car park is there are these amazing (but short) trails. Enjoy! Let me know how you get on.
