I don't think an official piano score was ever released. If you're that eager, perhaps it would be a good idea to employ the services of an online transcriber.

I knew someone would finally post this gorgeous piece of music. IMO, it's the most heart-breaking and lovely melody on the whole soundtrack. I can't get to the end of it w/o weeping, and crying is a good release......so, thank you so much!

I am so glad they used Michael Kamen for this movie's score. His music was the soul of the movie.
