Although he's in the midst of the epicentre of the B.S. Amer. media, at least he speaks his mind and doesn't sway from his beliefs, maybe even if they are not totally backed up.

Dear ajvhan, I think its anti Iranian because of two reasons: For starters its perspective is promoted as a representative way of understanding the reality of Iran, when its a real insult to the Iranians living IN Iran that I personally know. Theyre proud of their country and work hard for it: having someone calling herself Iranian making a movie to bring all their efforts down with images of propaganda screaming for Iran to be culturally intervened is an insult.
Her movie was forced from her by foreign "artists" and firstly awarded in Cannes right at the times of greatest tensions with the US last year. I dont think its a honest effort at all, not to mention the unadapted Satrapi is, besides from the interests behind it to artificially support it worldwide and justify an attack/intervention against Iran in the public opinion.

When the US and the Arabs fought against Saddam in the first war. The US told Israel not to get involved, Israel complied. Just recently it was reported Olmert asked Bush if he would support an Israeli attack on Iran. Bush told Israel, NO. Does this mean Iran has influence over Washington?
Of course Israel is going to want the US to take certain actions that benefit them. But that's far different than saying Israel controls the US. The US controls Israel more so.

Dear ajvhan, I think its anti Iranian because of two reasons: For starters its perspective is promoted as a representative way of understanding the reality of Iran, when its a real insult to the Iranians living IN Iran that I personally know. Theyre proud of their country and work hard for it: having someone calling herself Iranian making a movie to bring all their efforts down with images of propaganda screaming for Iran to be culturally intervened is an insult.

Her movie was forced from her by foreign "artists" and firstly awarded in Cannes right at the times of greatest tensions with the US last year. I dont think its a honest effort at all, not to mention the unadapted Satrapi is, besides from the interests behind it to artificially support it worldwide and justify an attack/intervention against Iran in the public opinion.
