@TerranaAmandaKirk I could be wrong but I think the Tom Baker clip is from Shada. I don't think it was ever aired, part of the BBC went on strike during production so it was never completed. I think there's a reconstruction somewhere on youtube that mixes the filmed bits with animation, but be warned its a fan made job. The only version I found had really bad audio levels and the guy narrating had a horrible voice. Clips from it do keep popping up in tributes though.
