i'm not sure how your key board works but mine doesnt have a sustain peddle, and one day i was trying to put headphones in it and i crammed the headphone jack into one of the holdes in the back and i pressed a key to see if the headphones worked... and viola! sustained sound! :) idk if itll work on yours but its worth a shot!

Hey great job man. Idk if this has been mentioned, but only thing I see missing is the harmonization during the second verse. it is mainly in perfect fifths, so its not to much harder. Again, this helped me out immensely as a virtuoso pianist and this song is awesome!
