FDR didn't get us out, the market did; despite all that FDR did. The Supreme Court got us out of it by ruling many of FDR's programs unconstitutional. I didnt say he stole, dont put words in my mouth. The race was very close and there was a lot of uncertainty surrounding the Florida votes. Bush was elected president in a courtroom whereas Obama won the election pretty clearly.
