i get the whole using your legs, rotating hips and keeping your core tight. but wtf do i do with my arms and hands??? like idk were to put them while airborn or what to do with them while im about to go into the trick

@BboyStunna It depends, because you can acctually do them, to you it might be easier - but to others, they might find front flip easier, like myself.....
