With all respect I've tried this design repeatedly and have always produced too much heat to gain the required affect. Also, by having the plates lying flat you have a bubble displacement problem.What I mean is that hydrogen is produced by water up against the positive plates. The less water against the plates= the less hydrogen produced. The bubbles need to shoot up as fast as possible. As you know the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. Keep up the good work.
