YOUR ALL WRONG!!!! IT STRETCHES THE RIB CAGE....... This exercise is used in the 20 rep Squat Program.... Look it up. The experts all say its for stretching the Rib Cage, however will only work for teens to men in their mid 20's... due to the fact your ribcage is still expandable then.
these are staight arm pullovers which work your lats and chest, its a good exercise but if you want to target the lats to a greater degree do bent arm pullovers.
