What are there any long term side effects of Artefill in the nose? What happens when it's being broken down? Thank you in advance!.

i have done about 750 artefill nose procedures and have not seen a single long term complication. the worst issue i ever see is a rare bruise around the injected area. Artefill is a permanent filler, so it is not broken down. the collagen that carries the permanent part of it gets broken down in a few days, but the other part stays forever.
