@dissident93 Ack, my mistake. It's not a concept album, rather it was a compilation album that Jun took part in. It's called True Blue: The Best of Sonic the Hedgehog.

If you haven't heard of it, I wouldn't bother searching for it too hard. The only original tracks on it are this, Seven Rings in Hand (Crush 40) and a remix of "His World". The rest are main themes of all of Sonic's 3D games.
