Nice video, and the music fits lol. Also, what characters were in the game? I only played this one for rental so it´s the mario golf game i know the least. I know the "upgrade-able" characters (the ones you control in story mode) are Joe, Sherry, Kid and Azalea, but how many more characters were there?

Easmod, there were 7 others:

Club Champs: Putts, Grace, Tiny, Gene Yuss

Marios: Mario, Luigi, Wario

The whole point is no one ever finds out you beat Mario. He never tells anyone, the game is over. It sucks, doesn't it? And thanks

Yeah..I've seen that too but I just tried looking it up and couldn't find anything. Maybe it was done using GameShark or something.

Thanks. Yeah, one of my faves. I'll check out your video, watching highlights or playing this game will NEVER get old. The first time I owned this game I had a character with around 325y on his drive but my dog ate the cartridge lol

I used to have and love this game. I also have the N64 version and a transfer pack. I loved importing, playing as, and improving my characters in the N64 version. (Which is why there are 4 empty slots in the N64 version) Then I lost the Game boy version. I've looked for a new copy, but I could never find one.

My dog once ate my copy. I remember I think i put so much on my character's distance i could drive the green in one shot..then my dog ate it!

This is such a great game. I picked it up about a week ago for the first time since I was a little kid. I'm decent at it, but I can't beat Peach's Tournament for the life of me ;_; I swear, Mario cheats... he's always like 8 under after 6.
