What i liked about the old rs is the people that actually helped. not all these random people just saying "lol kid gtfo fag" when you ask for help on a quest.

Doing the really difficult and hard quests with your friend all bloody night.

I remember doing desert treasure with my friend, both of us getting lost in the pyramid.

Doing dragon slayer as a f2p with lobsters and a rune scimitar... not this new crappy one... the good one.

Getting your first 10K

Runescape isn't as good as it was because of selfish 8- year olds playing the game, merchers crashing and making items rise, and botters giving players full bandos with ags at level 90 instead of something like 110.

@dapoculos13 Botters used to be just at prelevant back then, most players used to be 8-12 year old also (I was 11-12 years old in 2006. Some people made crazy cash with merchanting, only difference is that GE didn't exist and therefore the prices didn't get all fucked up.

@TheEpicElite Which they will. Once rs2006 is out, there will be NO economy and everyone will be level 1. There wont be a single fury until someone gets 80 crafting and whatever magic it is to enchant onyx. There wont be any rune platebodies until someone completes dragon slayer.

@jappeuh basicly, but its a webclient like runescape; still working on alpha stages, but its a 99.9% remake of rs in 2007. The other .1% is that the xp is 2x not 1x
