ok i tried to download the book The Last Song and it says download right next to the book and i pressed that and it brought me to this page and i entered the letters it told me to and then it went back to the same page. i have no idea. and it does this for everything.

If you never touched the option its on Clean, if you tap it, it will switch to dirty mode. But it doesnt have a serious consequence. Don't worry

Also, now all the apps that I have downloaded are taking up space, and I can't take them off, because they don't show up in Cydia or anything.

Just, hold the home button and you can delete them just as the apps from the appstore.

If you clean method fails like you can't install any apps then I recommend using Dirty method.

Look in my description there are solution if u got errors but this should work just fine.

i tried to install a app on installous (Gangstar) and it took me like an hour (its 173 KB) to download, and then when it was installing it said "cache failure". Ive tried every Ipod-friendly site! Am i doing something wrong?

and im already using "dirty".

Any app, on installous can't long for an hour, use a other site (ipod friendly) and try clean, of dirty fails

i thaught that it was really long too. its a huge download though (most apps are 10 kb, so its like 17 times bigger.) It was the same time with all the ipod friendly links too. i found a site that downloaded it without failing finally though

hmm, u can't download anything off installous?

Try downloading from other sites, maybe that will work. otherwise change ur settings in Installous to Dirty mode,.

Sure I can help, go to settings in Installous and then select Dirty mode instead of Clean.

Then it will install properly.
