  • im so with you ! evrytime i train for that my back leg goes one way then my ottherr leg and i have been practicing for three months and i am no where close to where i was before :(

  • @kadedra66 you should do this exercise : 0:03 :D or when you are on a split you should try to hold your back leg with your 2 hands
