Boring... and is not working any specific part of the body.. and ok if it is a warm up.. than you need to move faster and not turn one side turn the other.. and again and again.. more legs movements.. more arms more hips... less walking and turning...

Seria mejor que hicieras lo que la misma cancion te dice..."las manos arriba", "cintura sola", "da media vuelta"...."mueve la cabeza" y ahi tienes todos tus pasos sin necesidad de estar caminando la cancion entera!
