You type in "Newt Gingrich Corruption" and you get a different video for every scandal he's been involved in. Sending money to these countries doesn't do anything. We shouldn't be sending any money to any country. We're just bribing these dictators - it's wrong. We shouldn't even be funding Israel.

for every ones information the people of these country's are not getting any money from any president, the US government are paying people who are staving their own people. therefore all the money are is being send to the corrupted government from a corrupted government.
