Another good place to find the jewels and gems is to look on the end caps of the jewelry isles of Michaels. There are usually clearance items there. I've found some really awesome stuff on those end caps for pretty cheap!

I just recently found some of these really cute headbands with flowers and feathers and gemstones on them at my local beauty supply store for $1.00, i couldn't believe it, but i still wanna make one myself.
