Some won't like it, but i blame a lot of this on the dang greed of developers. It does not take a trained geologist to see where the water will flow in a large event. They know it, they just want fast money. Over here they just went against an entire city and county of folks and approved a subdivision in a huge river at the foot of an 8,000-foot mountain. Paid off like everyone else. Blessings to the texans and mexicans in this storm.
