The reason why he was "okay" afterwards, is because his fall was nearly perfect. I'm a pro-wrestler and in training, you learn how to fall to avoid serious injuries, and he did a pretty good bump.

Look at 0:52 , his legs and his back touched the ground at the same time + he slapped the ramp with his arms. That made the shockwave go away, the power of the hit did not stayed on the back.
