wow man you are pretty good, im pretty chubby myself, around 160 pounds, i think i lost a little weight cuase i been doing TKD for bout a month now lol, i do WTF Taekwondo, after seeing this vid, made me feel more confident bout myself. i think its really cool that youre doing this, but how come that you are a green belt after 10 months? it took me about 3 years to get promoted to green belt.
yes i recognize the itf style, i have been doing some itf myself for about 6 months..
Actually yes, my uniform was specially made. This is me as a senior green belt, which means I have been doing it for about 8-10 months now. I have lost a bit of weight, I don't know if you can tell, but that uniform is a little big for me now, I have a new one on order. And our organization is part of the ITF, not the WTF. I know there is no way I'd last in the WTF.
As I understand it, the WTF is more about the fighting aspect and is great cardio. The ITF is more about the artistic side of tae kwon do, and although its not as great cardio as WTF, it is still a great cardio workout none the less.
Cool man anything that you are interested in and helps you get in shape is a winning combination. Keep it up and train hard if you don't push your body it won't change.
