Those were the days, man...Graffiti was evolving and Graff artists were experimenting and learning. At that time we were right on the edge of the styles the Old school writers were doing and the explosion of new styles and techniques of the new school. The 90's was in my opinion one of the best generations for hip hop and graffiti in general.

And the piece LOC did to the left is CEH, the person's initials.

I really think it was 90 or 91. If you pause the vid at 1:03, it is clearly a dedication to someone born in 1973, who died in 1990.
