hiro went to save charlie in season one then found out she had a brain tumour or something wrong with her brain so hiro couldnt save her anyway ............could these 2 be linked to save eahc other? just another wild theorie
I'm considering the fact that Ando could be the one to die, since he has indeed been a regular male cast member since season 1, and how could Ando exist in the show without Hiro? It makes more sense for Ando to die than Hiro. Either way, definitely heartbreaking. Nathan has died twice and had one assassination attempt and hasn't really had any good storylines. Yet he probably won't be the one to go since they tend to kill the characters I like better. That said, I am really enjoying this season.
The how is getting so convoluted with future/past events yet every season they claim you can start watching again even if you stopped. Adding to the list of great characters with useful powers who have been killed: Linderman, Charlie, Hana, Candice, Maury Parkman, Usutu. True, they can't keep all the characters around and some of them have died in memorable ways that have been good for the show, like Isaac, but a lot of good ones didn't have to go. Notably, Eden, Jeremy, Knox and Linderman, IMHO
I love this show but they make a point of killing off the characters with useful powers. Isaac, Eden, Ted, Tracy, Knox; Claude, Micah, and his cousin MIA. Now Jeremy, maybe Hiro. And they cast Ali Larter as both twins and triplets... with hulk/water/ice powers. Wtf?(on that note, I'm thinking Barbara must have a dual ability as well.) And while I like Emma, I think that so far her powers have been pretty useless, though they implied with the cello scene that she could potentially do some damage.
I said Claude, Micah and his cousin [Monica] are MIA (missing in action), not dead. We've also completely lost track of Molly and Maya... I was so happy to see Isaac in last night's episode, what a tease, though. And dead Mohinder was a big surprise, could that really be the big death? Mohinder was the first character we ever met on the show, it's sad if he's really gone. Better him than Hiro, though. I guess there isn't much else to do with him, esp since we haven't even seen him this season.
From what I understand these characters may be involved in the web comics which I don't really keep up with so there are some explanations of where the missing characters are now. I'm surprised it's Mohinder to go, though, since I always figured he'd be there 'til the end of the show, his character being so central to the show's conception. I guess they kind of jumped his shark by giving him an ability, 'cause now there's not too many good places to go with Mohinder, I'd agree.
Here's what i wanna know.Hiro is supposed to grow his hair oue. lost the glasses and the accent and go back in time at some point to tell Peter "save the cheerleader" etc. Also, what about the future battle with Ando (where we first saw red lightning)? He really shouldn't die with loose threads like that, it'll be complete bullshit. Also, Nathan's body? He's dead, "Nathan" even died as Sylar. Nathan should be the one to go, it would make sense, Sylar gets his body, Matt too, Nathan still dead.
I see your point about ponytail Hiro no longer existing since NY did not blow up. I now have the feeling Ando will kill Hiro with the red lighting ( for some reason) if Hiro's gonna die at all. In the next ep, Hiro tries to save Charlie, so maybe the repercussions from changing that past event will make Ando (or Hiro) evil and cause them to battle and that's how Hiro will die. I don't see what sense it makes to get rid of one of the show's most popular characters though.
I doubt Ando will kill Hiro, just because it doesn't seem like a logical thing they would do in S4.
I think the reason of killing off Hiro is because 1) his childish ramblings are getting annoying 2) his time travel power is easily able to mess up the plot and 3) the character's arc is practically done with.
Well, I don't know what you mean by saying it's not logical. If someone dies, they die (sort of), regardless of how logical it may seem beforehand or what season it is. It's no less logical than him dying any other way or perhaps even more logical given that we've actually seen Ando kill Hiro as an unresolved future event.
1) I don't find him childish or annoying
2)Time travel power has played a major role in the plot from the very conception of the show
Having just seen the commercial with Hiro and Charlie for the next ep, it really does look like it could be him to go, though. Heroes, please stop killing all the best characters.I feel like even though they can't just flat out say which character's going to die before it happens they already TOLD us Hiro is dying so isn't it TOO obvious? Sylar, Peter, Matt? No way. They wanna keep recasting Ali and Adrian! Wtf is up with that? I don't even wanna THINK it's HRG right now bc he is probably my fav
Claire has been annoying lately, but I like her and Gretchens story. Matt getting drunk to get rid of Sylar was kinda weird, but sylar taking over made it better haha. Still wish they kept nathan in the story as Sylar instead of just getting rid of him again. Unless sylar remembers it all and changes back. Peter should find out his bro is dead, make it powerful!
only a few more episodes left until the big episode about Samuel's life---they are casting so many people to play the different ages of Samuel and Joseph. I wonder if the carnival was made by Joseph--if the older brother could create things, certainly would explain the compass that "changed the world".
Really loving this volume.
Someone made a suggestion that mohinder will return following what matt said on the phone, but here i am hoping that he's knows something that everybody is yet to...
Mohinder is gonna come back very soon, should be an interesting storyline connected to him. He has actually been kidnapped and tortured by some people who hate the carnival and I heard they take Hiro as well. All the scenes shot with Mohinder in involve hiro so looks good.
i actually shed a tear or two when jeremy died. I was like omg they are not going to do that. Even though i think vengance solves nothing i am glad that those cops died even at the hands of samuel. I loved the sexual tension between gretchen and claire I ate that up.
My grandma and I watch it together every monday and we looked at eachother afterwards and basically agreed that he is going places. He was on Dexter and CSI: Miami.

hiro doesn't tell peter to save claire because when peter saved her he changed the future
MythicalLeopard 2 years ago
The reason this didn't happen because that future changed.
It' would be more of a plot hole for that Future Hiro to exist even though the future where Peter exploded has been prevented.

Dude = nice review = have some lemon juice & worm drinks & I'd like to hear U sing with this voice hahaha
Jermy's death = expected, specially after peter got his power = jermy not needed anymore (but killed off that quickly?)
Samuel = a good guy = he'll turn evil but will realize it and will try to fix it (but will be too late)
Hiro = they're trying so hard to make us think that he is a gonner,, but he is not, someone else will die instead (to surprise us)
Yep good stuff ,, keep it up
