Ive played the second one for the ps3 and you had to hit a button over and over to attack instead of auto attack so is auto attack for dragon age origins just on pc or all systems?

@FaceXDpalm I'm playing it now and from what I can see you only have to mash the button once, your character will do the rest and even move into range of a distant enemy if they've killed all the nearby ones. Mashing attack over and over just seems to make them talk, mine for instance assures me repeatedly that he will do it, and it will be done.

@SuperSk33t not all the time, usually in chests and from stores. if youre on the edge whether or not to get it, get it, its worth it trust me

I love the random kills you get with melee weapons, spinning around and decapitating a darkspawn as a tanking warrior is just so rewarding.

and funny story when I found that wounded soilder I thought he was tainted by the darkspawn so I killed him right there thinking it was a mercy kill. Instead Alastair freaked out and called me insane. my response "I prefer the term ruthless mysellf" "remind me not to get wounded around you" he says... his aproval of me went pretty low but damn LOL

Sloppy exploration skills, not the best mind for strategy, but that doesn't explain how you got overrun by that squad of the horde. Bad luck? Switching targets in mid swing? Can't tell, but trust me when I say that you just got your ass handed to you by a scrub team. Not too promising for you..and somewhat amusing for me.

Are you seriously apologizing for playing your own game? Have you lost your mind man? You make the most hilarious noises when things are going bad though. XD If you want to be curious in an rpg tis best to record your progress often (Save). It's weird how nervous I get even after saving my game. I really take the death scene too seriously.

heres some advice for everyone- take everything you come across. Theres a good chance you can carry it all, and sell it later, and if you find an item you actually want, destroy some stuff.

i reccomend playing it first hand this game takes a good 60 hours to complete,the voice acting is solid,it has some epic bosses,decent story,and pretty sweet loot,and multiple endings,also the classes are awesome!

yea thats one of the things i hate about WOW. you just press a certan button combi every time. a stronger enemy? add anothe button to the comi. thats all the fighting. the real xiting stuff happens when there is a enemy to strong and you have to avoid it or run away from it.

Well you can choose where to travel on the map and have random encounters from random points in the map however if your asking if you can just wander off into a random direction and get to a place then the answer is no.

@Enyso You very very wrong my friend. It is a free roam game to a certain extrent. It is not like the GTA games, no and it is nothing like The Witcher except it has similar graphics and shares the same genre.

Dragon Age Origins is one of the best games ever created for many reasons a few including:

-Epic Storyline

-Great Graphics

-6 Totally Different Ends To The Game

-Awesome Music

-Great Gameplay Mechanics

-Unique Combat System

-The Party System Works Well

-And The AI Is Worth Commenting on
